  • Don’t forget your special splashy PIN number for check-out! 💦
  • Your PIN number is your golden ticket (ok, more like a number) that allows us to safely send your camper home.
  • Each authorized pick-up person gets their very own PIN.
  • Even the person who registered your little water adventurer needs a PIN! Yes, that means you, Mom and Dad.
    • Grandparents, nannies, or carpool buddies? Yup, they all get a special number too.
  • Each PIN is like a personal life vest—it’s just for one person. It lets us track exactly who’s taking your child home, so we know they’re in safe hands. 🛟
  • Absolutely! Even if you signed up your little swimmer, you still need to add yourself as an authorized pick-up. No PIN, no splashy exit. 🏄‍♀️
  • No worries, water warriors. Just log back into the camp portal, head to the “Authorized Users” tab, hit edit, and add those extra pick-up pals.
  • Not this year, splash cadets! Anyone under 13 needs an adult with a PIN to grab them.
  • Got a special circumstance? Talk to camp management, and we might make an exception with a waiver.
  • No sweat! 🌞 We’ll keep your kids safely entertained. If you’re past 1:15pm, they’ll join our Full Day Program ($35) until you arrive. Fun lasts until 5pm, so don’t rush! 🏖️
  • First, make sure everything is labeled.
  • Next, fill out the Request for Medication form found in the welcome email or under the Safety 1st tab and Camper Medication Form.
    • On the 1st day of camp check in with our camp director, and we’ll loop in our EMT to make sure everything’s handled safely. 🚑
  • We recommend that kiddos stay with their age group for the best experience. But if they really want to hang with a younger buddy, the older camper can “slide” down to a younger group. 🎢
  • Siblings, cousins, or family friends can totally stick together—as long as the older kids are willing to move to the younger age group. 🌞 (We promise, there’s plenty of fun for all ages)
  • We do this for two main reasons:
    • Height matters on slides! Each ride at Wild Rivers has different height restrictions and grouping by age helps ensure everyone gets the right ride for them.
    • Junior Lifeguard Skills: Whether it’s practicing water rescues or learning to dive into the deep end, we tailor these experiences by age to make sure everyone’s learning at their level .🛟
  • Nope! Groups are based on age. Everyone gets a swim test on Day 1 to gauge their ability, but the fun is age-organized.
  • We’re sad when kiddos miss a day, but unfortunately, we can’t offer make-up days. If there’s a serious illness or injury, let us know and we’ll work something out! 🌻
  • As much as we love meeting your crew, camp is just for registered campers! We take safety seriously, and all our staff are fingerprinted and background checked. No exceptions, sorry.
  • At camp, it’s all about in-person fun. Leave the phones, tablets, gaming devices, and gadgets at home (or risk them taking a swim in the wave pool!) 🌊 Plus, we want campers to enjoy real connections.
  • A $100 deposit secures your spot at camp, but please note it is non-refundable, even if your plans change and you can no longer attend. If you need to cancel, please do so before the end of May. After June 1st, no refunds will be issued, as we’ll be finalizing our summer plans. Thank you for your understanding! ☀️
  • No change fee here! You can reschedule before your camp date (pending availability, of course!)
  • Our Tax ID is **84-4748393**, just in case you need it! 💼
  • Well, they probably went on **one tower**, but each tower has a bunch of rides! 🌊
    • For example, what we call “B Tower” is home to FIVE rides—Fiji Falls, Pelican Plunge, Pipeline, Samoan Serpent, and Tiki’s Revenge! So, when your camper says “one ride,” they probably meant one awesome tower! 🎢
  • Don’t forget: all purchases need to be made with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or a Cash Card, which you can buy in the park for a $3.00 fee. 💸
  • We don’t encourage it during the Jr Lifeguard camp.
    • Cash will need to be converted to a Cash Card using one of our “Cashless Machines” (with a $3.00 fee). If you choose to take them into the park for a treat, it takes a little time, so plan accordingly.

At Junior Lifeguard Camp, we’re not just shaping fearless rescue heroes and water slide daredevils—we’re building all-around champs! 💦 Each day, we spotlight a positive character trait (Character, Compassion, Consideration, Camaraderie, & Conduct), encouraging our campers to discover it in themselves, their squad, and even their biggest fans (hi, parents!). It’s all about making waves in character and fun! 🌊🏊‍♀️

Lost Something? Don’t Let It Drift Away!🌊

Our lost and found bin is making waves at camp.  It’s located near the Camp front gate until Friday at 5 PM.  After that, items will float over to our Park’s general lost and found in the Group Sales office, where items will hang out for 1 week before finding a new home through donation.  Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

*Pro tip:* Please label everything so your belongings don’t go on an unexpected vacation! 🏖️
