Let’s Ride the Slides of Fun

Dive Into the Fun (Active Participation)

At Wild Rivers, we want every camper to splash, slide, and laugh their way through camp. Campers are encouraged to jump into all the activities. Just remember following safety rules and listening to our awesome staff keeps the fun flowing.

Camp Counselor to Camper Ratio

We’ve got a 1:12 counselor-to-camper ratio, meaning every camper gets tons of attention from our trained, water-loving staff. Plus, our camp assistants are here to play, cheer, and make every day at the water park even more fun. It’s like having a VIP guide through all the thrills.

No Electronics

Water and electronics don’t mix, and we want to keep distractions to a minimum. Please leave cell phones, handheld games, watches, and other devices at home—these can easily get wet, dirty, or lost in all the fun.

Wild Rivers is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Not Feeling It (Non-Participation)

We get it—some days are slower than others, but consistent non-participation could result in a phone call home to see if camp is the best ride for your child. We want everyone to make the most of the experience.

Oops! (Property Damage)

Accidents happen, but any purposeful damage to Wild Rivers or camp property will need to be paid for by the parent/guardian. If there’s a behavior issue and your child needs to leave, you’ll need to pick them up within 30 minutes. Let’s keep everything in tip-top shape for maximum splash time.

Riding Solo (Independent Campers)

Campers need to be able to handle the basics: eating, dressing, and bathroom breaks—all on their own. They should also be comfortable hanging with a group, moving between fun zones, and following directions. If a camper tries to run off, refuses to transition, or leaves the group, we’ll call you to pick them up for safety reasons. Stay with the team, and the fun never stops.

Special Aides (Professional Support)

While we don’t provide professional aides, we’re totally cool with you bringing along an ABA therapist for your child.
Just be sure to complete some paperwork ahead of time, like proof of certification, fingerprinting, and insurance. We’ll also need a waiver signed for them to join the splashy fun. Contact us to make it happen.

Splish-Splash Refunds

Please note that all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with rescheduling or providing alternative solutions until June 1st.  After that date, changes are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.

Friend Requests

Dive into the Fun Together! 💦   Got friends or family splashing into the same camp week? Upon registration, please include the friend/family request in the space provided in the enrollment process.  After registration is complete and you want to add a friend, log into your account to do so.  Requests must be received by the Wednesday prior to camp starting.

*Reminder:* We group campers by similar ages and grades, so they’ll be in the right wave! For more details, check out our FAQs.

Zero Tolerance

Hurting Other Campers
♥ Respect Everyone +

Treat every camper with kindness and respect.

✓ Use Kind Words +

Words should help others feel safe and included.

★ Keep Everyone Safe +

No hitting, pushing, kicking or hurting other campers.

☺ Have Fun Together +

Camp is more fun when everyone feels welcome.

Keep It Cool (Behavioral Expectations)

To keep the good times rolling, campers need to listen, keep their hands to themselves, and respect others. Foul language and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If it does occur, we will ask that the camper be sent home.  If your little splash star has a history of aggressive behavior or wandering off, the exciting (but busy!) water park atmosphere may not be the best fit. Safety first—if a camper harms themselves, other campers, or staff, they’ll have to leave.
